Qualifications
- Graduates from related departments of Universities,
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of system support,
- Very good command of English,
- No travel restrictions,
- Knowledge about Active Directory and Office 365, supports Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft office products,
- Managing Windows Server operating systems,
- Have beginner level knowledge about IP phone installation and support and network printers,
- Experienced in hardware and equipment support related to PC, notebook, printer, tablet, RF handheld terminal and other peripherals,
- Network infrastructures, cabling, wireless network, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, switch, etc. have knowledge about the issues,
- Knowledge about Vmware Esxi,
- Hands-on practice with Firewall devices,
- End user communication is strong and experienced in the help desk,
- Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
Job Description
- To support the system and network processes of the company’s office abroad,
- To support the Senior System and Network Specialist in all planned changes to the network infrastructure,
- To inform the High-Level System and Network Specialist about the problems encountered in the network infrastructure by receiving feedback from users,
- To provide suggestions for improvement in system and network architecture,
- To anticipate possible problems by monitoring network traffic, to inform the High-Level System and Network Specialist when necessary,
- To support the infrastructure of all phones connected to the switchboard in the company,
- To make computer, mail, telephone installations of newly hired personnel, to authorize,
- To make personnel authorization and password restrictions, user identifications,
- To produce solutions to hardware and software failures of desktop and laptop computers from users within the daily operation,
- To ensure the stable operation of the security cameras in the company and to ensure the control of the recording,
